IT WORKS! It's just a missing operator name.
ReplyDeleteTo make it work just go to the web interface and configure a NEW PROFILE. Then in the quick setup, set that profile as default.
And it will work.
It has already been tested.

Check that no other programs are running and no antivirus is blocking it.

Yes.. Hex Digits appear when the E5 doesn know that particular network.. and it has nothing to do with the profile.
ReplyDeleteNetwork IDs are numeric, when your read "T-Mobile" on a cell phone it's because the cell phone translates the numeric ID (mnc + mmc) to a readable name. The e5 for some reasons, doesn't know that ID (or they wrote it wrong in the firmware) so it show the hex digits. No big deal, when a firmware update will be available it will be shown correctly. It's only a "cosmetic" bug.

I was nervous paying another online source to unlock my device in the fear of being ripped off and my first attempt was unfruitful (my fault). While completely unnecessary to refund my money as 14 Euros is still a bargain, it was appreciated, and it goes to show not everyone on the net is out to scam you. Thanks a lot of the great service and I will recommend you.

@zorg: my program can be used to unlock one card on one pc. The unlimuted version is for people needing to unlock more than 10 cards and it costs less than 10 unlocks once and for all.
ReplyDeleteAbout parallels, I have heard of people unlocking under parallels and other having problems (maybe a wrong installation) so please try the normal version and unlock one. If (as I think) it will work then you can purchase the unlimited version.

ReplyDeleteI have donated and succesfully unlocked the my 585. Well nearly. The 585 shows Orange instead of 3. However, even though I can see and connect the the mifi signal, it won't connect properly to Orange. It keeps showing 'Connecting', then Disconnected.
I know that the Orange SIM is good as it works fine in its own dongle. And the 585 is also fine because it works on the 3 network. As such my only conclusion is that something has't quite worked in the unlocking process.
Have I missed something?

SIM BLOCKED has nothing to do with the unlock.
ReplyDeleteThat SIM is blocked (wrong PIN) or blocked by your provider. Try another SIM.

ReplyDeleteKentaurus: nothing wrong. It's ok.. They forgot or intentionally didn't add some mcc/mnc pairs in firmware. But as long as you create a new profile, the card will work... It's a cosmetic firmware related bug.

For the hardware part I think the e585 needs a differently tuned antenna but I'm still testing this.

Just hold the shift key and while holding it, double click my program icon on your pc. Keep holding the shift key and wait for the paypal page to load, then release the shift key.

ReplyDeleteI am having problems getting this to work in the UK on vodafone. The device works with the 3 sim in it. I paid for the download and ran it and it said it worked. I created a profile for vodafone using details above, i.e. APN internet, uname web, pword web, but when I try to use the vodafone sim it says Connecting and then just says Disconnected. ANy ideas what is going wrong please?

It's running 1026.11.64.11.503 firmware.
Does your unlocker unlock this device?

I had foolishly tried a free unlock and used up 2 of the 3 tries to enter an unlock code having got them from a free unlocking program.
This guy's program works -- don't bother with the free ones as they don't work!
I got my 3MiFi box a coupleof weeks ago.

The program keeps giving me a "network error!" message.
I've tried running the program without the simcard and with the new simcard.
I've tried everything. Do I need to be connected to the internet to run the program successfully?
You must READ the instructions.
ReplyDeleteThe unlocking PC must be connected using an ethernet or adsl modem connection.
Use another PC.

My question now is as follows; I am currently in Spain and have tried putting in an Orange.es sim (from a working Huawei E5832) but it is asking me to Enter Pin. Do I need to find some software to run this correctly or should this work straight away? Thanks, Craig
You can enter the SIM PIN using the web interface.

I don't know.. maybe not..(I have never seen one) but do this: buy the program code from the application, run it and send me an email. We will sort it out :)

Hello, will your software remove the 5 user limit on the e585 as well as unlock it?
ReplyDeleteNo, the user limit is there for a reason: the e585 has not enough cpu and memory power to handle more than 5 "average" connections.
ReplyDeleteSometimes even 2 connections with a torrent program can bring it to it's e-knees ... :)
